Direct‑pressed and fermented with native yeasts, it spends around 10 months in chestnut “demi‑muids,” a gentle barrel treatment that builds complexity without masking the grape’s natural character. The resulting wine delivers vivid mineral‑driven depth, fresh acidity, and a refined yet expressive texture — a white that reflects Mediterranean heat, slate‑rich soils and old‑vine concentration.
