DAYTIME:

• $175 per 4 hours 

EVENINGS & WEEKEND:

• $280 per 4 hours

• $50 for each additional hour up to $500​

DEPOSIT 
&
​ CANCELLATION

• 50% deposit required to hold Greenspace and the date
• Cancellation within 2 week and full deposit returned.  After two weeks, deposit is held.

Miscellaneous

• Events that extend beyond regular hours of operation
• When additional cleaning is required
• When music is played, Socan fees will be charged
• When food & beverages are served
• When Goods & Services are sold
• Services, Room & Equipment Rentals are subject to applicable taxes
• Table linens & chair covers
  
• Coordination fee :15% of food and drink 
  What it typically covers:
• Event planning and coordination (menu planning, seating, timelines)
• Staffing management (servers, bartenders, kitchen coordination)
• Setup and cleanup
• Extra administrative work (contracts, deposits, communication)

• Renter assumes responsibility for any damage to premises or furnishings of Greenspace. In the event of damage, breakage or loss, renter will be charged for repair or replacement. Staff is scheduled until the ending time noted in the rental agreement. All guests, entertainers, caterers, decorators, etc. must depart by the agreed upon time. Subleasing of the premises is not permitted.

MAXIMUM CAPACITY: 60 PEOPLE​
